1. Who we are
MadarisTech (“we”) publishes a management application for training centres (enrolments, courses, attendance, payments, teacher salaries). This policy applies to the web application and the associated mobile apps.
2. Data we collect
User accounts (name, email, encrypted password, role); students and parents (name, contact details, enrolments, level, attendance, grades); finances (dues, payments, expenses, teacher salaries, used solely to run the centre); communication (phone numbers used for WhatsApp reminders at the centre's initiative); technical data (login and error logs).
3. How we use this data
Data is used exclusively so that the customer training centre can manage its students, teachers and accounts. We never sell or rent personal data and never use it for advertising.
4. Data sharing
Data is hosted with our technical sub-processors (database, authentication, application hosting) under confidentiality agreements. No data is shared with advertisers. WhatsApp messages are sent to the number provided by the centre through the official WhatsApp Business API.
5. Retention and deletion
Data is kept as long as the centre's account is active. Anyone may request deletion of their personal data from the centre concerned or directly at the address below.
6. Security
Passwords are encrypted, access is authenticated and isolated per centre: a centre can never see another centre's data. Connections are encrypted (HTTPS/TLS).
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
